VACATION RENTAL properties are fully furnished homes or condos and are all equipped to meet the needs of our guests. They have linens, all kitchen accessories, TV/VCR's, BBQ's to make your stay as comfortable as being in your own home. Many homes have pools and or spas and beautifully landscaped yards for your enjoyment. Some homes have lake views that allow you to sit and watch a beautiful sunrise or sunset from the patio or porch. The most popular summer homes have parking for boats and RV's. Vacation rental homes are available by the weekend, week or month. A few are even pet friendly.
WINTER VACATION properties cater to our winter visitors. I have homes and condos specifically for winter use and offer an "at home" experience for all my guests. All properties are fully furnished and many have pools and or spas. These properties are available monthly from Nov - March and housekeeping services are available.
LONG TERM properties are offered for lease or rent and are usually unfurnished homes, condos or duplexes. Many of these properties have fenced yards, pools and or spas and lake views. Some are close to local schools and shopping. These homes are available for long term stays of 6 months or more. I also offer a few homes and condos that are fully furnished for the long-term visitor. These are perfect for the businessperson who has a temporary assignment and doesn't want the hassle of moving or finding furniture for that temporary stay.
