About Karen
I am married and have 11 great children, 29 beautiful grandchildren and 3
gorgeous great-grandchildren! I was born and raised in Southern California but
spent years coming to Lake Havasu for boating and water skiing before moving
here full time in 1998.
I have worked in the Real Estate industry since 1967. I hold a Broker's
license in both Arizona and California. I also hold the designation of Certified Residential
Broker (CRB), based on years of experience and education. I have a Certificate in
Mortgage Banking from Cal State San Bernardino and was a Certified Escrow Officer in
California for over 20 years.
Repeat clients have made their referrals my best source of new business. I
pride myself on exceptional customer service. When I am not spending
time with my family, my favorite thing to do is to take a long ride on one
of my motorcycles.
Whether you are selling or buying a home, selecting a real estate sales
professional is one of the most important decisions you will make during the
process. There are some very important things you should consider when choosing
a real estate professional. One of the first considerations is who the agent represents
during the process.
If you are buying a home, the real estate professionals you interview should cover the following:
- Agency relationships
- Knowing how much home you can afford
- The difference between being "pre-qualified" for a mortgage and being "pre-approved"
for a mortgage
- Key features you "must have" in your new home vs. those you would "like to have"
- How to evaluate and compare the homes you view
- The types of inspections to perform on the property you select
I get the job done because my customer is my first priority.
Sincerely yours,
Karen Schwartzkopf
